Onkyo TA117 Tablet- Onkyo's new nVidia Tegra based Android series tablet is expected to hit Japanese market on December 31, 2010.The new Onkyo TA117 Taablet runs on Google Android 2.2 Froyo OS.
The new Onkyo TA117 Tablet series comes equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and is powered with a 1 GHz Nvidia Tegra 250 SoC (system-on-chip) processor.The base version of Onkyo TA117 tablet houses 512MB RAM, 8GB of built-in iNAND storage where as the high-end model ie Onkyo TA117C3 tablet includes a 1GB RAM and 16GB flash storage.
Onkyo TA117 Tablet Features 1.3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, a microSD card reader and a 6.5 hours life provider battery.The tablet weighs 800g and its dimensions are 267 x 173 x 14.8 mm.
