Vodafone launched the world's cheapest mobile phones in Indian market, named Vodafone 150 and the Vodafone 250.Both the new handsets are price below 1000 Rupees.

The all new low cost Vodafone 150 handset has a price tag of Rs.700 .Vodafone 150 mobile phone offers voice and SMS services and features mobile payment services, has a miniUSB connector, alarm clock, a torch, calculator a currency converter, 2 embedded games, memory for entering up to 100 entries in phonebook and has memory for SMS storage. The handset is provided with 500mAh battery provides 5hrs of talk time and 400hrs life in standby mode.
